The world of olive oil: in a traditional olive oil production, where the olive comes from olive trees with ages between 70 and 2 000 years old, harvested in green, transformed in an olive oil with an intense aroma and very soft flavour, with light spicy in the end, we’ll visit a farm, taste the olive oil with an explanation of its production and experience the regional products such as cheese, sausages and wine to go along.
